Overview
Milo Lifting Log ("Milo", "we", "us") is a workout logging app. This policy explains how privacy works with Milo.
No server, no accounts
Milo does not run a backend server for your data. There are no user accounts, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your workout history or personal information to our systems.
Local data only
All data you enter in Milo—such as workouts, lifts, and related notes—stays on your device. You control that data. Deleting the app or clearing app storage will remove it.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles, or sync your lifting log to a Milo-operated cloud service. If you use device-level features (such as system backups), those are governed by your device or platform provider—not by Milo.
This website
This marketing website is separate from the Milo app. It does not require an account and does not collect workout data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
